2: sign in with your ID and PW. Check through our site for the trade terms and discount/refund policy, or talk with our sales representatives by Tel (86-592-5597509) or MSN (pillarart@hotmail.com ) about your special demand.

3: Find through our catalogue for what you like. You can also search by artist name or key word.

4: when some items meet your interest, you can add to "My Wishlist" or "Shopping cart". It is very easy, addtocart, checkout, shipping address. 5: when there is a painting you are looking for but can not be found on our site, you may upload it to "my gallery" by the button "upoad pictures". We will give a price to it and then, you can order it normally.

6: When the shopping is finished, our sales representative will calculate the total cost and delivery date. And you will receive an email from us to confirm the order.

7: then, you can go to "my order list", click "view" to make the payment. We will start the production immediately once the payment is made.

8: We will keep you updated of the process. When the paintings are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email to you for approval.

9: The shipment will be made on the basis that you are satisfied with all the paintings. Once the paintings are shipped, our sales representative will send you the tracking number. Normally, it would take around 3-5 working days in transit if by express.
