1: Should I register as a member?
Yes, you can find out our pricing information only when you are registered. Once you are registered, we will have a sales representative for you to answer your inquiry at any time you hope. As our members, you have the priority to enjoy our special offers and browse NEWEST ITEMS launched by schedule!

3: Do you offer additional discount if I order in bulk from you?
Since we have our own artists, we are able to offer wholesale prices. If you are a wholesaler, Pls kindly email us with the information of your company and your demand, such as subject/style/size/quantity/quality you require. For bulk order, the paintings prices are negotiable depending on the mix of styles and quality and of course quantity. We will be happy to discuss the prices with you.
4: How many QUALITY GRADES do you offer for oil painting?
Normally, we offer three quality grades, called "High quality", "Medium quality" and "Low quality" to meet different customers` demand. However, we also offer "Museum quality" for customers of collectors or of church and special taste. "Museum quality" will be made by our best artists of expert on painting. "High quality" will be made by our artists of highly talented/skilled and over 10 years` experience. "Medium quality" will be made by our artists of over 5 years` experience. "Low quality" will be made by our students.
5: Are you a manufacturer or just a middleman?
We are an art direct company. We do not purchase paintings from third source. All paintings are maded handedly by our own artists. We work with each and every artist on a daily basis. That's why we can offer incredible services to you. We are artists and we work with our other artists directly. We eliminate all middle layers and sell the paintings to the customers directly. Xiamen office is our headquarter. We have branches in Putian, Xianyou and Lichuan of Jiangxi province.
6: How long does it take to process orders?
For small orders of oil paintings, it will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after receiving your payment. For bigger orders, it is within 4-5 weeks. Our sales representative will confirm the delivery date by emailing to you.
7: How do you ship the paintings?
Express shipment(TNT,UPS,FEDEX,DHL) for any orders but usually for small volume orders. Normal air shipment: at least 50kg Sea shipment: at least 100kg or 1 cubic meter.
8: How can I pay my order?
We accept payment by Wire transfer(T/T),Western Union and Paypal transfer. When the order is placed by you through our site or emails, our sales representative will confirm you the total cost by email together with the payment details.
9: Do you have a Minimum of Quantity?
No, we do not have a MOQ for oil paintings. Any quantity is welcome but great discount is provided only to wholesale or regular purchase. we encourage customers to buy more. Many of our existing customers kept coming to us after their first visit and more and more discount was given. For textured paintings,because they will be in stretched, you are asked to order at least 200 pcs each time because our textured paintings are gallery wrapped and will be shipped to you by normal air or sea in cartons. 10: what if I can not find a particular painting I am looking for on your site?
Firstly, do you have a picture of it? If no, pls let us know the artist name and the painting title. You are also welcome to browse this art source: www.abcgallery If yes, pls upload it into your account on our site t by the button "upload pictures" in the member area and we will write a price for it. You can also simply email it to us and enclose your special request. We will come back with the price for it immediately.
11: what is your guaranteed on the purchase?
Firstly, the purchase through fineartport.com is absolutely risk free. Customers` 100% satisfaction is guaranteed by our refund policy. Before shipping, once the paintings are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email to you for approval. If not approved, we will revise or redo until be accepted. If for any reason, you are not satisfied when you get the paintings, you must contact us with 7 days after receipt of the artwork with information why and where you are not satisfactory(to help us improve in the following orders). After our check, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of return shipping) or an exchange or being redone in the next order. We are confident that any problem can be worked out before shipping and your shopping from us is only happy.
12: What if my paintings arrives damaged?
In this even, we will redo the paintings immediately for you. And you please send a report to your local carrier about the damage. Then we will get compensation from our local carrier
